How do i approach interviews when the recruiter wont give a range. Last two interviews recruiters say “no range no budget” which I know for a fact is absolute bullshit. Seems like a way businesses are using to deflate salaries and force you to give a low figure. Any advice?

BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?
