I guess just work backwards down a list of the top 100 public companies and see if they offer remote roles? That will probably narrow your field significantly. But yeah you’re looking for a unicorn, you need to cast a wide net. Set up LinkedIn alerts to get a feel for the market.
I basically have this - 375k total comp, fully remote, securities/governance at large stable public company. You need to network for roles like this - from my experience, basically no one hires for these outside of their networks, construed broadly; someone needs to be able to vouch for you, as it’s too risky to hire otherwise. Ps - not sure why my title is associate, can’t figure out how to change it
Good luck, I looked for similar roles and as a senior who isn’t pressed for money I just didn’t think the tradeoff was worth it. Outliers aside, the unwritten in-house rule of thumb used to be roughly 25% paycut for 50% of the work, now it’s like 50+% paycut for 75% of the work. Those with options aren’t interested in that arrangement, and the places that didn’t have lowball ranges expected you to be the large/decent sized team you seek.
