How do I inquire if my contract is coming to an end or if there is a chance of it extending? Is 4 weeks out too soon to have that conversation?

My #1 peeve about agencies is the old school habit of emailing everything. The most efficient offices leverage task/mgmt platforms to manage workflows/bandwidth. Crowded inboxes of nonsense = WASTE.
