How do I negotiate biz ops offer from Amazon?

Recently received an offer from Amazon and a bit confused on how the negotiation process looks. The package includes salary, signing bonus, and equity.

Anyone have any advice on how to negotiate and which parts of the comp have more leeway?

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Is this normal in the entertainment world? Any suggestions?
