How much does a rating effect hike? Is it just affecting bonus or hike has a role in the ratings you receive as well ?

Ratings has a role in the hike you get .but it's not the other way round hike doesn't have a role in your ratings .

No I mean if a person gets a rating 3 and another 4 the person getting 4 can have high bonus than 3, but not hike right ?

Who said that? Rating impacts your hike as well. Someone with 4 will get higher hike than you provided he isn't sitting at a higher package already for his band.!

Bonus is based on work done, hike is mainly on the project pipeline ofcourse your current band matters, are you aware of salary band for S3 (Associate manager) ?

Don't know what discussion you had internally for your market correction.
But as far as what was communicated in the last meeting with partner,
Bonus soleley depends on rating.
Hike depends on various factors like market standards for your role , your current CTC, how your service line fared in CY and Rating also is a determinant in addition to the above
