How do u manage doc debt? As PMs what tools do you use daily to write PRDs, manage project progress in a way that is not very process heavy. Currently we're use google docs for PRD and trello board to manage tasks. But slowly this is turning chaotic with too many docs, and I'm now looking for a way to organise everything.
