How do you assess whether you are a strategic thinker?

And is there a way to learn/improve it?

If you have to ask... maybe not so much.

OP just mad because they aren’t strategic

How many ways can you think to use a brick within 30 minutes? The more ways, the more strategic. Way to improve: seek different opinions and perspectives — embrace the differences.

Very Deloitte answer, D2

Think of a complicated issue, and break it down into a 2x2.

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? Or just chill out? I just feel very confused. Are a lot of full time jobs like this?

I got a decent deal on a small 1 bed in a luxury building (hell’s kitc). Should I do a 12 month lease or 24m?

Got the rent negotiated to under 3k + free amenities for a year (gym, pool, etc.). I’m afraid rent will atleast go back to the original price (+5%) and then some. The building has some sort of rent control but that’s predicted to go away in less than 1 year as per the lease. The legal rent limit is way higher.

Would love some perspective on renewal experience after 1 year. TIA.

For the GMAT Verbal, if you're a native speaker and proficient in grammar/writing. How do you improve your score? Simply practice? Or focus on re-learning formal grammar? i.e. Clauses, etc.

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.
