I have 80 days for my LWD. I have completed the Digiverification and yet to start preonboarding process. I have been receiving quite some mails to complete the process. I'm in dilemma whether to complete or not as I'm giving few more interviews now.
Can anyone suggest by when we have to finish the preonboarding process.

I recommend a regimented exercise plan for your core. You need to stick to it daily. If you carry a little extra weight, losing it will help.
Get a standing desk at work. This also makes a huge difference. And of course practice better posture whether sitting or standing.
I know this all sounds preachy or like a lecture from your parent. It's not meant to be. It's simply my personal recipe for nearly eliminating my back pain.
Good luck with all or some of this.
I stretch every night and really focus on my legs and calves. I have found this not only helps me sleep a bit better but also relieves alot of the stiffness from sitting all day. If I am hurting in the middle of the day, I'll sneak to the stairs and try and do a quick stretch when nobody is around
Yes, stretching is a critical part of the process. Staying limber really helps. Good point!
stop sitting on my wallet all day. helped tremendously
Pilates and stretching classes
Also, get up and move during the day. Don’t just sit all day long. Walk around the office every hour or so to get your blood flowing and to give yourself some relief from sitting.
If you have time, squat and deadlifts. Strong back gets rid of back pain 100%. Foam roll 1-2x a day but not more than that. Buy a lacrosse ball (Amazon ~$5), put under each foot and roll 30-60 seconds - try touching your toes after..:) magic right?
Oh and do 3 sets of planks 2-3x a week increasing time under tension every week
I had unbearable back pain due to a ruptured disc in my lower spine. I started the HingeHealth at-home exercise therapy program (offered to all employees with PwC insurance). I’ve stuck with it and haven’t had any problems since (it’s been over a year).
I also ordered a standing desk as a “reasonable accommodation” through PwC (free of charge) which has also been enormously helpful.
Look up stretches and excercises to help fix forward pelvic tilt.

I had to go to physical therapy and acupuncture. And echo all the comments above... I’ve been able to get better but if I don’t continue to stay at least minimally active it comes back.
Also I listen (mostly) to all the “stand” alerts on my Apple Watch and try to get up and move a little. The Apple Watch reminders are easier for me to actually achieve than the old Fitbit I used to have
