I have 80 days for my LWD. I have completed the Digiverification and yet to start preonboarding process. I have been receiving quite some mails to complete the process. I'm in dilemma whether to complete or not as I'm giving few more interviews now.

Can anyone suggest by when we have to finish the preonboarding process.

Recently gone through ICICI bank debt manager DSMG interview, HR told will provide non industry matching hike because my last switch was just 6 months ago. What should be the expected CTC? Currently working as collection manager at HDB financial services Ltd, CTC-5.1, Work exp-4.9Y.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

You did an interview and your interviewer apologized that the travel time 180minutes was much higher than 30minutes scheduled time for the interview and that It could have been done remotely, but she has to follow the process. I am still waiting for feedback though.
