How do you find time to learn new things.
I work from 9-6 and then I don't really find any time to upskill myself.

Found out my SO hooked up with 2 people in one night at a bar a month before we agreed to be exclusive. I don’t really have a right to be mad but I admit am a little grossed out by this knowledge. Fishes: how would you feel about this?

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Is it ok to switch for 3 laks rs hike ( 8.5 to 11.5) from one big4 to other consulting in only 7 months of tenure. (Only money factor to consider in scenerio)

Why most of the organization now asking pple to come to office??

TCS offered 20.5LPA (18 Fixed + 2.5 Variable) CTC C3B for 10.7 YOE SAP HANA.
Accenture retaining me by giving 19.5 Fixed + 27% Variable = 24.76 LPA CTC applicable from 1st Dec21 along with GCP role.
Had fruitful discussion with M, HR, SM & MD on the same & considered the offer. Took my papers back.
