Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. No rejection yet, but the longer I hear nothing, the more I worry they're not confident I'm the right fit.

Interviewing at a dream company, and right from the first interview the recruiter told me we are way off on salary expectations. This was a little bit expected, as the role is requiring a few years less experience than I have and also in a much cheaper market. They already told me the salary range during this first call, but wondering if they like me enough and I get an offer, how I might approach negotiating for more. I would be making much less than I do now, but it is a dream company.
