Hitting the gym! Two hours at least, that's for sure.

I go to a boxing class. I work out my temper & frustrations there. I also talk to a non-union therapist. Some cases are harder to let go of than others.

I know it's kinda tabu in Law Enforcement, but I go to therapy at least once a week, it has helped me deal with a lot of bad stuff.

Talking about it with a shrink, got depression after a horrible case and it has been very helpful.

Leaving that stuff at work and not bringing it home. My house is my happy place and where I seek comfort from my family.

Talking to a therapist and exercising!

Not thinking about work at home AT ALL.

Seeing my wife and kids and enjoying my time out of the jail made me forget it. I think it depends on how physical it gets for you. I had a few uses of force, but no one ever assaulted me , if you’re fighting every day, maybe harder to forget.

Remind yourself that they are all part of the job. You need to adjust.

Talking to a friend. Or a therapist if you want a professional one. Exercising helps a lot too!

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

Background - I recently got the Certified System Administrator for SNow, PMP and CSM

Any insight appreciated, thanks!

What do you guys think the salary range should be for a 5th year lit associate at a boutique shop in NYC? Sophisticated clients, mostly international work, well known in their practice areas. Obviously it’s not going to be market, but still curious as to thoughts on rough ballpark. High 1s, low 2s? +/- ??
