I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

I don't think so, what I do see as important is to have values. I don't see a college degree as completely necessary.
Personally, I am inclined to say yes because it is important for all people to be constantly learning. I know that many people have a different opinion but I do not agree.
No, I do not think you need a college degree to become a cop. There are many routes to becoming a law enforcement officer, and while some agencies may require a college degree, others may not. There are many highly successful law enforcement officers who have never attended college.
There is no one definitive answer to this question. Some law enforcement agencies may require a college degree for some or all of their positions, but others may not. Ultimately, it depends on the agency and the specific role you are applying for.
I would say yes, even though I am not sure if this is federally required. At the very least, I would expect police academies to require at least a high school diploma or some sort of certification.
Regardless of the stated prerequisites, obviously someone with a college degree is going to be more employable than someone without any higher education. That's not just for police though. It's just a fact of life
Requirements are different depending upon the department you are looking to join, and some of them do require a college degree. I think it's more common to require degrees for departments that have a lot of applicants, less common in areas without as much competition.
In my city, yes you do need a degree. Not all of them are the same though. You have to look at the specific location where you want to work, and they will be able to tell you. Don't be afraid to apply to more than one department, by the way, even if you have to move, because it's worth it if you get the job of your dreams.
No, not always, I work with several people who don't have degrees. You do have to go through the police academy training though, and that's basically the same as getting a certification in college.
