Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

This is very much me right now.
I just hit a record low in my bank account, and it feels awful. My energy is low, but the desperation to keep trying is still there.
The thing I keep reminding myself is that if I stop trying completely, the chance becomes zero. Very “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
And yes, it currently feels like I am still missing every shot I am taking, but I have to believe something will land eventually.
I hear you. I know I am a good worker. I know I am loyal, trustworthy, smart, educated, skilled, and valuable. But even knowing that, it is still so hard not to let your confidence take a hit.
KEEP GOING!
At the risk of sounding cliche: if you’re going through hell, keep going.
Take a break. Not too long so you don’t miss out on opportunities. Recharge. Come back stronger. You’ve got this.
Job searching while burned out can be mentally exhausting. Sometimes taking a short reset, even for a day, can help you regain enough energy to keep going. Small consistent steps are usually more sustainable than trying to do everything at once.

I’m in the same boat. Well, I don’t have any savings, but unemployment runs out at the end of next month. Now I’m applying for jobs I’m overqualified for, and being questioned about that in interviews.
I agree with Communications Specialist 1. I had to leave my best job due menopause foggy brain, as my managers wouldn't allow unpaid leave! That was 7 years ago! I have several jobs sice then, all different, all contract work. Now I have been unemployed for almost a year, and not getting anywhere! I have been busy doing courses, revamping my CV and yet, still nothing! I lick you, can't go on much longer and I see end in sight, but every day I get up and look and use it like a job ggguuuu that you don't want to to!
