I add it to my outlook calendar and also wrote it down in my planner

Print out your calendar at least two weeks in advance. If you have a good paralegal or assistant, have a meeting with them to go over everything coming up and have a plan to meet said deadlines. Do this weekly. Additionally you can have your assistant or paralegal email you the deadlines in the morning as an additional reminder, but you can just pull up your calendar to look at them daily. Never close out of it. I always keep my email and calendar open in separate windows. I never log off without checking my calendar to make sure every deadline has been accounted for. Hope some of this helps!
A good assistant is priceless
Sounds like you have a shitty one then

Multiple calendars is the only thing that works for me. I use my outlook calendar, a planner, a desk calendar, and I have a document with all my cases where I also plug in dates and deadlines. I don’t update all of them at the same time but it helps to have my schedule accessible in multiple mediums.
