Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

I started plating my meals first so I feel grounded in my plan before the temptations roll in. I also remind myself that one slice won’t derail me, but two or three might. It’s helped to reframe it as choosing how I want to feel later, not just what tastes good now.
OMG I relate to this so much. Sometimes I wish I could put the entire family on a plan because that's the main reason I fall off track. Or someone in the family wants to go out and you don't want to be the party pooper. Following cuz I could genuinely use some help with this topic too!
The way the weekends take me completely out of my progress is painful. I feel you. I pretty much just tell myself those weekends are part of my life and can be considered the 20 of my 80/20. There's no other way to achieve sanity. I also just try to see if there are some empty calories I can avoid... like chips and fries. I spend the calories on things I truly love and crave.
True, except the weekend is 28.57% of the week. So it’s more like 70/30! 😂😭
Make sure you’re not hungry when they eat. Drink plenty of water and prioritize protein. And don’t have just a little pizza. As you say, some always leads to more. If you break the seal, you open the floodgates.
As an example of not breaking the seal, a new pizza slice shop just opened near me and it’s crazy popular. It smells amazing and the slices are so thin. I walk past it every day (hard to avoid in a city like NY). I don’t even entertain the idea of trying a slice from this new place as “never” is easier to maintain than “sometimes”. I’ve mentally blocked out the idea that this particular place is open to me.
At some point it's just a matter of discipline. No one is forcing you to eat the extra slices of a pizza. That's your choice. Other people can eat what they want and you can eat what you want, it's not that complicated. Self-control can be difficult, but if you don't make a concerted effort to practice it you'll never keep weight off.
I plan all my meals out ahead of time and make a point to stick to it during the week. On the weekends, I'll allow myself to swap out one of my normal, every day meals for a cheat meal - two slices of pizza, a couple tacos, a bowl of mac and cheese, or whatever else my family is having. Doing this once a week makes it easier for me to stay committed to my meal plan and because I'm not going completely overboard, I'm still able to hit my weight loss goals.
