How do you mentally prepare for the upcoming workweek ahead? Do you do anything to better prepare yourself?

Will I burn bridges if I don't do a full two weeks notice?

For example if I put in my 2 weeks on a Wednesday, will I burn bridges if my last day is the following Friday?

I personally think that's more than enough time especially since it's 7 business days (instead of 10), but would love to hear thoughts

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus.
