It is by far the shittiest big four to work for and very few DAPs stay there. That said, they are paying quite a bit of money to poach people from the outside. You can likely make a cash grab by making the move, although based on what I've heard from others, you will probably be miserable and damage your value for the next move. If you're going to go, I'd be willing to stay for good.

Moving back to ATX from NYC early February of next year to be closer to family, and looking for a new job. Have 2.5 YOE in consulting (primarily financial services) and also did a data science boot camp this past summer. Does anybody know of any roles at the intersection of strategy and analytics? Need advice and pep talk because I’m certain I have chronic imposter syndrome :( Background on me, I have about 6 years of work experience post college but have gone through many companies because of layoffs and/or reorgs. With that, I’ve bounced a lot with different industries and have done different roles for a year max. Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I got an offer from Mastercard Pune . I hold 3 years of experience. My previous compensation was 11.25 and 10 percent variable. Below is the offer breakup . Is it fine or I should accept more.
The breakup does not includes bonus (50k) relocation (1.5l) and gratutity(52k).
