How does your program/school handle internships? (Prerequisites, paid/unpaid, duration (hours), paperwork, etc.)

One EY Recruiter told me that the bonuses for senior are between 10 to 20 percent and last years avg was 17%. Can someone confirm? These numbers seems very high for PA.
