How does your program/school handle internships? (Prerequisites, paid/unpaid, duration (hours), paperwork, etc.)

Internships need a Host Agreement, a pre-site visit evaluation, and a supervisor interview to confirm the site for an internship. After the student is interviewed and accepted they complete a training plan, receive two evaluations over the experience from their supervisor, and complete a reflection. The coordinator also visits them once as a mid-point check-in. Typically our internships are paid and are a minimum of 60 hours.

HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

Beginning to think I structured a (freelance) project poorly. Deliverables are 3-5 T-shirt designs, which will *also* serve as part of foundation for their existing branding.
I’m working at my hourly rate, and delivered several concept sketches. Since they want to use these designs for multiple swag items beyond T-shirts, should I have included licensing fees per usage (mugs, etc), or just raised my hrly rate? Or just do flat rate per concept that details usage options?
Sorry so detailed! TIA!

Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!

I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?
