Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

What you're expressing is so very important. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the mission and start to cut corners when it comes to yourself. You can fall into embodying what a friend of mine calls "idiot compassion," when you're so enamored of helping others that you undermine yourself.
I learned that it’s just as scary in the non profit world as in the corporate one. Perhaps even scarier because the “non profit cover” is so
