How important are LinkedIn recommendations? I’ve gotten a few requests to write them and I always oblige, but I never really ask for them and I’m curious to know if they’re actually useful in terms of getting the attention of recruiters/potential clients.

That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
