Heyhey.
Looking to hire a product UX/designer to freelance and help design + run ideation workshops for our Fortune 100 client looking to drive innovation and create/incubate b2c apps.
Would be great if you also knew how to set up an intake form to get a specific brief in order to design the workshop.
Bonus if you know how to design and set-up early stage usability experiments via landing pages/figma to validate problems/solutions before developing a MVP.

Even partners have to cater to more senior partners...this never changes
Try being a Staff. I have to cater to fickle you and fickle Seniors fickling the fickle partners fickleness.
Senior Manager isn't just about people, there's also a sales target, BD responsibilities, practice development targets, thought leadership targets (some firms require white papers, articles etc).... are you truly ready for that?
Keep moving the goalposts
Mgr, have managed other managers before. Just want a fair shot
The only way you will not have to cater to fickle partners is to become a partner yourself. There is even more catering involved at principal/sr. manager level
I was offered an MD title recently, but the comp sucks. I don't care what people call me - just pay me.
Ey2 the key is to figure out who is important and focus on making them happy
I'd offer the same advice to you, OP.
Title means something but the consulting firms' ranks are well known to recruiters. Also, if your title is inflated and even if your resume has some Grade A quality BS on it, I will still figure you out when I interview you. Just being a VP at some financial companies, for instance, as some even low level staff have AVP and similar titles. I would not recommend taking lower comp for a better title - the two aren't just that tightly linked. I would consider doing that for a (much) better opportunity where I was walking into a role where I needed to make a significant investment in my own skills, such as if I was shifting my career focus, but probably wouldn't make such a move otherwise.
What is your title now?
I can tell you that catering to partners gets a whole lot worse when you're promoted to senior manager.
