I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Over the next 30 days it will become clearer. There will be a webcast explaining everything in the next week or so, and more paperwork that you can imagine. Short answers are year one is mostly cash flow neutral but there is a significant ramp up over the first 5 years. Your gross pay increases (mine was 35%) but the net effect due to taxes and benefit costs makes it neutral in year 1. A lot of that is timing differences that clear up in the first couple of years
