BCG Platinion Boston Consulting Group Have a senior data engineer coderpad interview coming up with BCG Platinion within the next two days.wanted tk understand how BCG Platinion is different from usual BCG consultants and is it worth going for the interview process? I was assigned to a project which has application support and maintainance in Ionic. I am from Native android background having 4 years of experience. Does ionic has demand in industry ? I am a little skeptical about this. Please if anyone could throw some light on it.

Lower than expected. My company decided to make ratings more difficult to achieve. This is to allow us the opportunity to try harder and exceed expectations. 🫥

Annual review convo went well, but waiting to hear about bonus and salary. Expecting it to be disappointing tbh

Mine was beyond disappointing
I was super happy at first but, since our review is linked also to our Bonuses I was shocked to see how much the government took from the Bonus… they took what would be a full paycheck for me… why so excessive? Ugh just disappointing
I have mine on Friday. I know that my team performed well but I feel like my boss has it out for me. No matter how well I perform, he always has some critiques for me that are pretty harsh.
