Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Ques: Is signing OL on the date of joining a normal thing to do? On what basis should I be confident to tell my current org that I am leaving. What if they revoke?

If one Organization HR told me we will blacklist you. So I want to know exactly they can do blacklist or just showing fear of Blacklist ?
