Fewer and fewer students are continuing to major in accounting to begin with (especially CPA route) and 75% of CPAs will be retiring within the next 15 years. You're good.
I’m seeing lots of jobs out there. I’ve accepted a bunch of LinkedIn requests from recruiters so my feed is about new jobs everyday they’re trying to fill. Most seem to be hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days out). I think a CPA at any level could easily get a bunch of interviews.

Market is as hot as itll ever be
It depends on your level. A CPA who is an experienced senior or manager (reviewing, supervising, managing clients) won't have any problems.
It's not the feeding frenzy of the last 2 years, though. Salaries have leveled off--still rising, but not at the crazy rate of the last couple years.
Definitely stronger than a lot of professions. Especially if you get licensed!
