I would rather be shot into the sun.
This should only be answered by someone who actually works there. All the guessing by people who don’t like Elon’s politics are not helpful.
Hilarious to make assumptions en route to arguing people shouldn’t make assumptions. His politics aren’t the reason I’m sure it sucks. It’s more the fact that he’s an autist who works 24/7 and can’t understand why everyone else wouldn’t want to do that to. Oh, and the lying. The constant lying. About business progress, timelines, features, etc. Imagine being legal counsel in that environment.
A former coworker of mine went to Tesla and he found a new job within 6 months of working there. The hours were tough.
I have a guess.
The 2 people I know that went to Tesla both left within their first year.
I interviewed with both and it sounds like limited work-life balance, high levels of chaos, and legal is in a more subservient position to the business than is typical. It also sounds like there are a lot of opportunities if that kind of environment appeals to you and you can make it work.
Yeah probably just easier to ask people at the company once you have an offer or while you are interviewing.
🤮🤢 and I’m not even there.
What are you going to do if he asked you to do illegal things?
Chief
Didn't he go through a bunch of GCs and securities lawyers
