How long does Citi usually take to release an offer letter?

I recently participated in a recruitment drive where I interviewed for a Spark Developer role. The entire process was completed in a single day and went smoothly. By the end, the HR shared the role details and compensation. It's been four days since then, but I haven’t received any follow-up.

Question, if you pay off your house isn’t a 100k salary more than enough to sustain a good lifestyle? My goal has always been to payoff my mortgage then find a really easy analyst role to sustain my expenses. I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife.
