How long does it take for the offer letter to be released? HR said I would receive it last week but till today they are saying some approval is still pending. What to do now? I've already spoken to my manager regarding my resignation and all. Someone kindly share your experience

Has anyone transitioned from PA to a PhD in Accounting? What is the PhD like? And how did you know it was the right decision/time?

How have you combated your fear of rejection? I fixate on such small things as when my friends, for example, reject plans I have made. This definitely makes me more averse to putting myself out there and makes me ruminate on past perceived failures, which are clearly not good for personal growth

When it comes to therapy do I look up a place online and make an appointment or do I need some sort of referral? Not sure if I need to see a therapist or physiatrist really.

I know that feedback culture is part and parcel of consulting, and I feel it is contributing to my anxiety and depression. At the same time, i enjoy the problem solving aspects and don’t want to do a career change.
Anyone having the same problem? What have you done to help yourself cope with the culture?
