How long does it take to go from staff accountant to senior accountant. I’ve been a big4 external auditor, an internal auditor, and accountant for 1 year each. I received a job offer as a staff accountant, but I believe I have the skills to be a senior. Should I negotiate my title? Or wait a few more years?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?
