I joined Infosys 5 days back. I want to leave because the project allocated to me is not matching to my skill set. When i asked same thing to my hr , they informed me that I will be getting kr for that. What should I do now?
Will abscond a good idea or something else. Please help. Infosys

What I know of is people have been on initial bench from 3-4 months as well with no issues

I joined epam 2 weeks back and heard that clearing interviews here is very tough and for some projects it might be true. But I got a project and the interview was on basic common questions like giving interview for any other company. My suggestion is in introduction include your achievements and explain your role in detail. Other than that you can check for internal projects as well.
It depends on the demand, right now it is less so the project and client interviews for the DevOps and Cloud are very tough
The HR told me I have last 1 chance left for the interview and if I fail they will initiate my resignation with 2 months of notice period.
I joined 38 days back and gave 4 client interviews and got rejected in all due to high expectations.
I have started to look for backup, you should too.

It depends on client and person to person.. but from my experience the program is a good one for people who likes flexibility in life.. also epam listens and change policy as per employees feedback.. so the policy can change over time..
This is not good to hear, I was planning to join on 11th July.
I have planned to join epam on 27th June but now I have changed my plan to join in guardian. I don't like epam flexi pay also which I have never ever heard from any other company and EPAM can't able to match my counter offer of guardian and can't convert from flexi to fixed. If I asked anything then they have one readymade answer which is based on your interview performance we can't able it. As per my advice don't join EPAM and flexi pay is very much pain

I have joined EPAM two weeks back. I have been interviewed for one project and got selected. Interviews are very easy. My skills are SDET. JavaScript automation testing.
