I don't know why this bowl of HR is even made. None of the HR folk here replies to the fellow friend on query. this opens my eyes - People are Right !! HRs can not help thier own colleagues in the domain, why will employees look at them ? Because of these spoiled HRs the entire HR fraternity is blamed. Wake up my HR team and come out from your selfish zone.

My motivation is waning for a lot of my work tasks, which recently have been pretty mundane. Either I need something new or this pandemic is just weighing on me extremely heavily. any tips to re-motivate myself?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.
