Been with company for a couple years and successfully navigating other tech stack discussions including developing people, vendor selection, project management and everything that goes with being a Martech leader who’s been around the block. She’ll get to back fill a analytics manager with direct reports

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I have 4.3 YOE currently and I was offered Engr II - Full Stack position in VDSI. But after doing some research it seems Engr II is usually for YOE between 2 and 4. Is this correct? Will there be a problem for me if I take up this position with my YOE?
Since I am a lateral entry, I think promotion to Engr III also would take a lot of time.

Also can you please let me know the current designation hierarchy in VDSI?

Thoughts on a HYSA vs Vanguard Money Market Fund. Most HYSA are at ~1% and Vanguard MMF is at 1.3%. Should I park my money in a MMF long term, even when banks raise their interest rates?

What is the average hike provided in Reliance Jio for an employee who is already at market standard and at Manager position. Consider he rated top in a fiscal year with no promotion? Please consider 4 year average while answering if possible.

Working for a big insurance provider and currently at a grade 6 individual contributor role and want to get a grade 8 manager role. Managers make 40% more than my current salary on average. So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.
