Comp question - I work for Axiom but am placed at an AmLaw50 firm as a contractor. I was hired by Axiom specifically for this position in Oct ‘20 at $100k, but was not eligible for salary negotiations in spring ‘21 since I had not been with Axiom long enough. I have a check-in on Fri & I’d like to discuss compensation but should I ask for the regular 3% due to inflation, or a more substantial increase, considering the firm has kept me for a year past the initial time frame and is keeping me?
