I wouldn’t take a penny less, TBHWY. The value of my work is its value; where I office is irrelevant to that value. Now if there is value to the employer at not having to office me, then that’s their cost savings. Not shorting my salary.

that's totally fair!
It's worth a lot to me. I'd be willing to take up to a 15% cut to be able to WFH. I'm full time in office now and hate it. I wouldn't want to give up the money, but the time I'd save commuting + the extra time I'd get to spend with my family would make it worthwhile.
