Straight forward deals? Two years. More complex deals? Probably four years or so.

Like leading buyer calls, and all client calls etc? Probably 2-3 years and also at the heavy manager level. Early manager M1 maybe, but I don’t think it’s expected.

Same here KPMG 1. It’s definitely stressful and hard. I hope it gets easier for us!
