What is a good salary for a physicist with PhD and 5 years of post PhD work experience in Europe? Semiconductor industry, R&D roles, KLA, Applied materials.... Etc.

My yearly appraisal in on the way. I worked for the same client for the last year but in 3 different projects. I received client appreciations in all 3 projects and in addition I also helped my account in creating proposals, etc. What should I expect in terms of rating and monitory appraisal. Would be thankful to any genuine advice.

What are good exit opportunities or things to move onto after becoming CRA?

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.

I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. I’ve worked in clinical research in the academic/non profit world for the past five years. I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience.
