But I have not told the HR that I have already joined an oragnistion and on probation since 1 month NO salary drawn yet.

Will the HR will come to know about this ? , If I do not mention anything about that company? If not will there be any consequences later on ?

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
