Large Enterprise AE in HR Tech with $105K base and $180K OTE (8 yoe)

I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?
What are your thoughts?

Having 3 offers right now. This is my first switch. Which will be good in terms of everything.
1. Simens Gamesa- 14 LPA( Fixed + Variable)
2. TechM - 14 LPA(Fixed + Variable)
3. Coforge- 15.80 ( Fixed + Variable)

According to you which one is better:

1. Look for 10 offers from service based company where no assurance for WLB with same hike/offer
2. Look for that 1 offer from good product based organization with same hike/offer where WLB is good.

Third year transactional associate here trying to get into litigation work. Any advice on useful resources/ways to get litigation experience and make a successful transition? My firm is pretty inflexible when it comes to doing work in a different practice area so I’ve had no real chance to actually get involved in any litigation matters despite asking.
