Hi Mommas! Do you give your nanny Veteran's Day off with pay? I am torn because my nanny told me as she was leaving for the day today, that she isn't coming in tomorrow due to the holiday. I still have to work. I had previously communicated all my company holidays/vacation time with her through the end of the year and asked her if she needed additional time off. New landlord - found a tenant, signed lease, what do I do next - here's what I think but can someone help let me know if I'm missing something:
- collect security deposit and set up payments
- share all utilities info etc
- schedule check in with tenant the day before
- have copies of the keys, mailbox keys, garage door opener
- walk through the home witht them the day before
- they pick up the keys the day of and move in
- call utilities to make sure they were properly transferred
