How much time does GE healthcare usually take to rollout the offer after collecting the documents? And do the HRs ghost usually in GE?

I am interviewing for a paralegal/legal assistant position and coming from the insurance underwriting field. Any tips or suggestions of topics/products/etc to research/be aware of going into the interview? Are there any designations or schooling I should be looking into if I decide to make the career change?

Is it a priority in 2022 to outsource or mitigate fiduciary liability in light of the excessive fee lawsuits hitting employers? In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. I kind of feel like they trust me with the work I’m doing and also considering my past experiences to offer me a full time and moreover it’s only been 3 months.
