How often do you ignore recruiters on LinkedIn? Is it rude to just ignore them or do you respectfully decline when engaging with them?

Why do recruiters seen zone your messages on Linkedin after you ask them for an opportunity to work in their company?

Kis baat ka attitude hain bhai itna ? And it happens mostly in India.

Just say NO, Sorry your skills are not a match, don't ignore. You were also candidates once.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

So now over 4 months without work since joining TCS😵‍💫
