I trained crossfit for years before actually joining bootcamp. It helped me loads, I was able to endure so much more physical activity.
Boot camp was no joke! We did a lot of physical training, like early morning runs, hours-long drills and obstacle course challenges. Our instructors pushed us to our limits and beyond, but it was all worth it in the end.
It taught me discipline, respect and dedication that have served us both well since then. We also had special classes on safety techniques and weapons proficiency - though we were thankful not to have to use those skills too much!
Boot camp was one of the most difficult experiences we've ever gone through, but it was also incredibly rewarding. We underwent intense physical and mental training that pushed us beyond what we thought our limits were. We ran long distances, did hundreds of push-ups and sit-ups, went on grueling hikes and marches with heavy packs, and learned specialized skills like hand-to-hand combat, marksmanship, navigation, and wilderness survival.
My favorite part was the camaraderie we built during boot camp was invaluable—we all looked out for each other and supported each other through the tough times. The experience truly changed us for the better; it helped build our resilience and taught us discipline that will serve us throughout our lives.
