Hi, i have been shortlisted for business analyst profile at Amazon. My first round is next week. Can anyone tell me about the process? How to prepare for the first round and subsequent rounds?

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

Why are people now treating e-mail as instant messaging? I work with several people that for some reason expect all emails to be answered within minutes of being received…. I can understand the sense of urgency around some high-priority, time-sensitive matters… but everything does not fall into that category… it drives me crazy.
