How to negotiate without saying over their budget this is my first switch it feel not real i always see ppl post package and ask i used to see and get sad but now im having BGV my experience is 4.3 yoe with 6.2 lpa. I really want a very good project for my career(need a restart) this job might be in Bangalore i located at Hyderabad idk how to ask them. Anyway how to ask package should i say 13-14 lpa at first sceeening call i think i said 10-12 which might feels low. Idk please guys help

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.
