Hey Everyone,
I am doing a part time MBA program and for one of the coursework I am trying to understand the challenges people faced while transitioning from WFH to Back to office model.
I've created a small questionnaire and will really appreciate if you can spare 10 minutes of your time for the same.

I’m originally from Austin and have lived here most of my life. Socially it’s very gregarious, you can start conversations with random strangers with a simple greeting. I’d also say it’s less class-conscious and material than say, Dallas
This! 100%. Although I think there’s a focus on quantity over quality; most people aren’t from Austin or even Texas so they want to expand their social circles as much as possible. It’s less insular than an established city like SF Chicago or Boston, but I’ve found higher quality friendships in the northeast than I did in ATX. I feel like super welcoming and friendly (if a little overloaded with newbies)
Generally very good vibes though - lots of outdoor socialising which is great
