iris is okayish company i guess, for banglore folks its work from home and once in a quarter you may have to visit noida iris office where all expenses are borne by the company.
i heard there are very less projects they have..but che k once again with anyone working there

Do you get a bonus? How much? Do you count it in your salary when posting here?

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/

my DOJ & Notice period is conflicting by 5 days. None of the party agreeing to adjust.

New Employer (Oracle) mentioned that his budget will expire by May 31 so cloudn't shift the DOJ.

Ribeiro: LOVE this wine region from the Galicia region of Spain but it’s hard to find anything coming out of this place. Not to be confused with Ribera del Duero, known for Vega Sicilia, lot of white wine cones from this region. The Treixadura grape is prominent, and it has granite soils and a rich bubblegum like flavor. Lovely minerality and acidity.

My cousin has moved to another company from DXC technologies.
In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.
