Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure
How much does an LPN make at NVNA in Norwell
I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

As someone who came from IBM and went to ZS:
This is one of those instances where grass is actually greener. Feel free to message me!
Regarding the HCOL increase, I was under the impression that you needed to live in a place where ZS has an office. Is that the case? I haven’t applied to ZS before because I’m personally in a limbo area where relocating isn’t very practical anymore, but I’m not senior enough to be granted location flexibility. I’m located in an area that has a good amount of life sciences companies so I’ve looked at a bunch of industry roles, as well as a few other consulting firms that have offices here (including IBM).

I have 3 years experience at EY, and 5 years prior in pharma and consumer goods. Looking to make a move, can anyone provide insight on expected comp at manager level equivalent?
