I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.
