How’s the consulting industry these days (in strategy and tech transformation work)? Switched to big tech in 2021 in S&O and PM roles, but enjoyed consulting more. Nature of work, social, culture, etc all fit better.

Have been jaded by tech with layoffs, toxicity, and not being a revenue driver. Not sure if it’s only this industry or consulting feeling it too.
