Kind of looking for best case/avg case scenarios: if one's looking at becoming a partner at the same org. Assume all the other things as constant (politics/overall market growth)

Just wanted your suggestion.

I have 5+ yrs of experience and it's been 1 week since I have switched from TCS to one product base company as they had offered me very high package.

Now I regret this decision due to toxic work culture, timings and many more which wasn't told me during the interview nor before my joining.

Luckily yesterday I have cleared all the rounds in one of the top service based company and probably expecting my offer in next 1 week time.
